Accepted Insurance
I am happy to submit claims for the following insurance plans:
Aetna (commercial)
Anthem
Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Sentara
If your insurance plan requires preauthorization, you must let the office know before your first visit.
Clients are responsible for copayments and deductible payments at the time of service, as well as claims that are denied.
Out-of-Network Benefits
For other insurance plans, I am not in network. I am happy to provide a superbill that clients may submit to their insurance company to request direct reimbursement.
Fees are due at the time of service. Reimbursement is determined by the client's individual insurance plan.
